This is ROBUD system that we have here in Lebanon and here you can see that we are using 6 meter formwork. We can install two pieces on top of each other.
Two representatives from the company came and explained how we should install everything, showed us how many couplers we need to add for 6 meters height. They also explained how many tie rods we need.
This formwork shows that this is really good one because he have already poured two columns using the 3 meter panels and result was very good till now. We should be experimenting these columns for 6 meters height, which we are pretty sure that everything will be okay, and we will get the same good result that we got at the 3 meters.
As you can see, we plan of using the three 4,5 meter props along with the 6 meter prop. We plan to use more ROBUD systems for the elevator core and diaphragms of rigidity.
I have previous experience with different foreign-made systems, and i want to emphasize that ROBUD is not worse in anything. ROBUD system is convenient to work with and the quality of concrete surface satisfies me completely.
