Monolithic construction technology is promising and popular. It can be used to erect durable multi-storey buildings in a confined space. With this technology, the construction site will occupy a minimum area, which is important in densely populated areas.

Monolithic construction is less costly in terms of cost per square meter. In addition, the buildings are distinguished by good sound and thermal insulation, which makes them quite comfortable at an affordable price. But such a technology requires special skills, in particular, formwork installation skills. For construction, it is better to use collapsible structures, they can be rented in Kiev. The use of non-removable polystyrene foam formwork, which is used for cottages, is not recommended for the construction of high-rise buildings. The material lends itself to decomposition, which is unacceptable in the construction of high-rise buildings.

Better to rent the formwork in Kiev. High-quality reusable construction is provided for the duration of the concrete pouring work. Thus, you can save on buying equipment or simply rent an additional kit to speed up the pace of work.

Formwork rental

Formwork rental is the provision of a set of equipment for concrete work. When ordering formwork, take into account the distance between the load-bearing walls and the height of the floor, because the higher the building, the more racks you will need. A standard formwork kit consists of the following components:

Rack. This is a telescopic metal structure with external or internal threads, designed to fix the load-bearing beams at a height. The racks have different bearing capacities, this must be taken into account when installing the formwork. We only provide male threaded studs as they are more reliable and wear resistant.
Crown. This formwork element is for fixing horizontal beams. It is placed on the racks. The crown is a metal plate with four pins, between which a beam is placed.
Beam. This is the base of the floor, which plays the role of stiffeners. The beam, 20 cm high, is installed in the crown, and is a frame.
Tripod. This is an element for fixing the rack in an upright position. It is used to immobilize the formwork structure.
Film faced plywood. It is moisture resistant with a standard sheet thickness of 21 millimeters. It is fixed on top of the beams for further concrete pouring.
The installation of such a formwork system is performed quickly enough. In addition, the rental of formwork in Kiev allows you to create different configurations, which greatly expands the possibilities. After all, you no longer need to adapt to standard floor slabs. It is also worth noting the large bearing capacity of the formwork.

Formwork installation

If we talk about the installation of formwork for pouring the foundation, then everything is relatively simple. The work takes place on the ground, which means that the workers have enough space to carry out the preparatory work. But the formwork for a monolithic slab requires compliance with many nuances.

First of all, even at the stage of formwork rental, it is necessary to correctly calculate the area of the building. It is best to send us a site plan, and our specialists will deliver all the necessary equipment in the required quantity.

Before installing the formwork, you need to carry out preparatory work. The main condition is the availability of a solid floor for the installation of the racks. It is worth noting that the cube of reinforced concrete used for monolithic floors weighs about 2500 kg. It turns out that when installing a monolithic floor with an area of 150 m² and a thickness of 20 cm, its weight is 75 tons.

The next thing to consider is the spans between the load-bearing walls. If we are talking about a monolithic floor, then the distance between the supports cannot exceed 6 meters. If the distance is more than 6 meters, it is necessary to reinforce the monolithic slab with beams or reinforcement.

It is equally important to correctly calculate the thickness of the floor, mark the holes for ventilation, chimneys and stairs.

Attention! The slab formwork can only collapse if there is an error in the calculation of the load on the props or if the props are not properly fixed with tripods.

Dismantling of the formwork and its handover after the lease of the formwork
Disassembling the structure is taken lightly, because the overlap is already ready. I would like to remind you that the rented formwork must be disassembled carefully in order to receive the deposit in full. Before dismantling, make sure that the strength of the monolithic slab is at least 70% of the design. For example, concrete grade B25 (M300) reaches this strength around the seventh day. Only then is it possible
